Did you know, according to the Department of Justice, 3M knowingly sold millions of defective earplugs to our Military?….and even falsified test results to comply with government standards. This is a big deal. Hearing loss and tinnitus (ringing of the ears) are the two most common disabilities among veterans.

My goal is to help make sure our veterans are getting the help they need. That is why I want every veteran affected by these earplugs to file a claim. It is quick and easy. This is not a class action case which is hardly worth anything to the affected people. It is worth filing a claim. It also sends an important message to government contractors.

There is not much time left for veterans to join this lawsuit. I know what its like to be left behind. I don’t want to see anyone affected by these earplugs to be left behind on these claims.
